  • Refund timing: 100% if cancelled 24h+ before start; 50% at 12h+; no refund closer to start
  • Secure encrypted checkout — we never store full card numbers; commission and refund rules are published on this page

Do I need my own website?

No. You get a hosted booking page. If you have a website, you can add a booking link, QR code, or embed iframe.

How do I get a booking link?

After onboarding, open QR & Links in your admin panel — copy your hosted URL or generate a QR code.

How does embed code work?

Copy the iframe snippet from admin and paste it on your site. The server validates your business and service — client parameters are not trusted.

Can I use QR codes?

Yes. Generate a QR in admin for your booking page or a specific service — download PNG and print.

Can I sell tickets?

Yes, where ticketing is enabled. Customers receive QR tickets; staff validate with a phone scanner.

Can I add staff?

Yes. Invite team members with roles (owner, admin, staff, viewer) from your admin panel.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. You only pay an agreed fee/commission per successful booking — no monthly fee and no per-booking platform surcharge beyond that.

What if I have multiple services?

Create as many services as you need — each can have its own availability, pricing, and embed code.

Can I pause booking temporarily?

Yes. Pause bookings per service or business from admin, or contact Revantora ops for platform-wide safety controls.

Does Revantora protect against overbooking?

Yes. Atomic booking and capacity checks prevent double-booking the same slot.
