Refund depends on timing

If you paid online via Stripe, your guest refund is a percentage of the amount you paid — not reduced by the Revantora platform fee. The platform fee (5%) is a B2B charge between the partner and Revantora. Stripe processing may also apply. Timing rules:

• At least 24 hours before start: 100% of the amount paid
• At least 12 hours before start: 50% of the amount paid
• Less than 12 hours before start: no refund
