Terms of Service

Revantora provides software that lets Operators create and manage an online booking system, including a public booking page, shareable links, embeddable widgets and referral tracking.

The platform is booking software. Operators are solely responsible for the services, experiences and content they offer to Guests.

Operators must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By using online payments, Operators also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

A platform fee may apply per booking, as shown in the Operator's admin panel. The platform fee may be waived for individual businesses at our discretion.

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Operator and shown at the time of booking.

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to send spam, to abuse the booking or embed functionality, or to attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or data.

Automated abuse, scraping and attempts to bypass rate limiting or security controls are prohibited.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Operators or Guests, or for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
