This policy explains how Revantora processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we process

Operator account data: name, email, business details and login credentials.

Guest booking data: name, email, phone, booking details and any notes provided at checkout.

Technical data: IP address, device and usage information used for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use data

To provide the booking service, process reservations, prevent fraud and abuse, and send transactional notifications (e.g. booking confirmations).

Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (providing the booking service), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and consent where required (e.g. certain cookies).

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that help run the service, including Stripe (payments) and our hosting and database providers. Operators receive the booking data of their own Guests.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
